What happened: I bought the super engine for my dodge charger and it has made it impossible to drive.

What do you need refunded: Can I get my 200k back and this engine removed?

Denied. If you talk to the NPC where you get the engine, you can choose to put the Stock Engine which will put the vehicle back to its default state and refunds you the 200k.
