Car Modification Refumd request

What happened: I bought the 200k engine modification for my ferrari and checked i tand found there is absolutely no difference.
when i bought it it was written i can refund for 2 hours so i started looking for how ot refund.
idk if my evidence is enough i thought my instant replay captured it but when i saw the video it was only from the part i was checking the car and then returning to the mod store to try and refund like i saw.
please understand me and try to help 200k is a lo for me and if the modification does nothing the money would just go to waist.
help would be appreciated .

u can see i have the mod on the car on the video comapred it to my old honda and when i press on the engine category on the ferrari you can see its already marked as its installed, on the honda that doesnt show that.

When purchasing an upgrade, you get 30 minutes to refund the said upgrade if you don't like how the vehicle performs with it, to refund it, you'll need to purchase the Stock Engine ($0) which will refund the full amount back.
