What happened: This is what is VERY strange, so I first spawned my car it had approved, I spent $250. Strangely enough...it didn't spawn so I decided to spawn the car again, $250 more to spawn the car. I saw it come down but as it fell my modifications were not showing (again). I think this happened to some other people yesterday with the cars just floating in the air.
