This report is a special case and such, I would prefer it to be handled by an experienced staff member as I believe I was unfairly banned given the circumstances.

This played had a personal vendetta against me which resulted in me getting banned after I left the server while under arrest (LTAA). I left because I didn't want to be exposed to his toxic and abusive behaviour as he had lied to another player (The Mayor) in order to ruin my game experience. This player has openly admitted to everything he has done in the screen shots provided and actively admits that I would not have got banned had he not launched his personal tirade against me for out of game reasons which are in the screenshots.
I have no history of LTAA or Avoiding an RP situation and I have never had any previous bans on the server. I strongly believe that my ban was not justified given the nature of the situation I was in at the time as I was being persistantly hunted down and bullied by this player for NON-Roleplay reasons which he has admitted to.
I would also request that my ban be lifted should this appeal be successful.
