Date and time of loss: It started happening on the 7th or 6th. But I got recording of me getting it on the 8th and a screenshot on the 10th of me not having it. (I also didn't have it on the 9th).
I took the test at 9:46 PM on the 8th and screenshoted me not having it at 8:20 PM on the 10th
What happened: I took the test many times. After I get off I lose it! I was told by an admin that it should stay with you but it didn't and then he said the best thing that I could do is make a refund request thing.
In other words, I took the test and lose it when I get off.
What do you need refunded: My Cerear driving license. I've spent like 3-4k on it when it should cost only $750
