raided him at about 3:36 pm PST something I raid him 3 hours later

| first of all I think he is hacking because he shot me through the wall 2 times and killed me dead, in the first one he triple headshot me I believe, in the second video I was crouching towards the door to try to lockpick and he shoots at me and then I die then he knows to stop shooting in both videos.

I was in the situation. He knew were kyzac wad and shot him instantly. He then ran into the little room, called for backup then logged not to loose his aug and coke. 3 hours before thos, we raidrd him and he shot us from the room even tho we were behind cover. No video for that situation. Its just really suspicious as he does not bother to shoot the corner but guns down mid and kills william

1st Video
I have based there many times and whenever I get raided people lock pick on the side and that's not just that base a lot of people do it when they lock pick even I do it. So when the alarm went off I shot on the side of the door where people normally lock pick from.

2nd Video
I heard foot steps moving around and it sounded like they were outside the door moving so I shot in that area and I hit someone.

I don't see how this is classified as hacking. I was not hacking its just called playing the game for awhile and knowing how people lock pick and also just listening to foot steps. Its not that hard to accomplish.

Do you possibly have your own POV recording, as I would believe you more if you did. How did you hear footsteps if I’m crouching I don’t buy that one bit. Also explain why you left to avoid losing your items. I feel you overlooked that part. Moreover why did you stop shooting right after you dropped me, ESP?? I would have trouble hearing someone crouching moving to my door unless I had my headphone levels all the way up which would break my ear drums.

No I don't have video proof. Also I never said I heard "your" foot steps I said I heard foot steps near the door. Also my game crashed I did not leave.

Also why didn’t you shoot this time to the side even since you told me that you always predict it’s coming from the side? Then you left right after your friends came to counter raid and let them do all the work since you were outnumbered. I am in suspicion that you possibly turned off your WiFi to avoid this confrontation or your Third Party Software made you crash. Therefore I can conclude that I certainly believe that crash was intentional if shown in logs as a crash. I believe that if you had heard said “footsteps” I would have heard them as well and I doubt you heard footsteps while the alarm was running which is a flaw in your explanation since your basically right next to your own door. I was also right next to the said “footsteps” that you claimed that I did not hear for some reason?

In response to your next message you fired right attempting to wall bang my friends in which you possibly did but of course did not fire right away on the side? You did not shoot right away in the second video but in the first video you did. You were somewhat prepared in the first one and second since you knew where I was and my friends because of ESP. Why are you lost in what I’m saying please explain further. I have explained your actions thoroughly in both these videos, what do you not understand? I as well recommend you to record next time if you are that “good”, and wallbanging and listening to footsteps is that easy to “accomplish” so I myself and others would not think you are cheating if you aren’t anyway. Prove it.

I’m lost with what you are saying. I crashed and also I never had anyone to counter raid so I don’t know where that’s coming from. Also people do crash especially since my computer is not that good nor is my WiFi. Everything in those videos can be easily accomplished. If your talking about that second video I did shot when the alarm went off. Anyway, I am going to leave this to the admins because at this point we are just messaging back and forth and that’s not going to solve anything.

After viewing the evidence and claims provided, video evidence one and two are insufficient to deem the user is using third party software to benefit himself over others. I also do not see any element of Leaving to Avoid Roleplay (LTAP) in the evidence provided. In addition, the following user reported; Tyler (STEAM_0:1:119741332) is currently banned from the server. To conclude, the following Player Report is denied due to insufficient evidence; I can understand how it can seem the user is using software to cheat but I can also see it being lucky and the fact that the placement of you lockpicking is common.
