Changed Character name within minutes of rejoining with the new steam name, information was provided by @Alphadef
I decided to do some detective work and see if he had any other bans from any different communities and found this, https://www.dinklebergsgmod.com/site/showthread.php?tid=11990, and https://www.dinklebergsgmod.com/tttbans/detail/index.php?steamid=STEAM_0:0:45376056&time=1595859219
Also, he shot hector through a bush as well in one of the clips which means he was very confident to push and shoot through the bush.
