Even though I wasn't present, I can provide useful information prior to this occurring. Yesterday a guy with the name of Heavy (STEAM_0:1:563057743) was cheating, however, his friend STEAM_0:0:72933722 knew he was actively cheating and failed to report it, and is failing to report an alt account of Heavy.

In the video, you can see him playing with his friend who is now actively alting because he got banned today for cheating, Dr. Sievers Oncology (STEAM_0:0:72933722) is still taking part in activities with this guy even though his friend got banned from his previous account. The guy is now using [TWC] Sp3ncer (STEAM_0:0:88077426) to resume back to cheating and now actively alting. Dr. Sievers Oncology (STEAM_0:0:72933722) is fully aware of the situation, and is failing to report an alt account. I'll provide a screenshot of his friendslist, and you can check server logs to back it up on this, they were on the same freq and did partake in several raids that involved raiding/killing Maple (Hector Basconne) in-game.
