If you got watch 4:18:20 through 4:18:45 you will see frankie saying for him to put his hand up, never saying to put them down I kept my gun on them and they both put there hands down so I killed them both, but chef continued to ban me for RDM x2 and Fail RP

You made two ban appeal already, like I said before you buddy Frankie forgive the first command then you walk up saying your going to kill them already for being in tunnel snake the second time. Matthew proceeded to say that RDM , which I verbally warn him for breaking rp, then you proceeded to kill his friend which he had his hand down,(which i did miss , my bad) but after the fact of you saying your going to kill the two player then proceeding to kill one , I can see why Matt put his hands down to try to reaction but you gun him down.
