Request reason:We were robbing the bank and we had a hostage. We told pd to leave the area or the hostage would be killed. We constantly told them to back off to value his life (FTVL) but instead shot at us on our way to our getaway car Injuring the hostage and ultimately getting him killed. The chief at the time was @Madone and he failed to demote/give his officers orders to leave under FTVL. When I made a report madone left the game and the staff member who was working with us couldn't do anything about it.
When did the situation occur?: Around 10pm central time

It's not about staff "owning up to it", and witnesses don't count. You'll need some type of video proof of Mad0ne having involvement with your situation and him breaking server rules.

The part of the sit I handled was "FTVL".

What I determined, was the sit began against another player, a SWAT Commander was being reported but I was told by multiple people in the sit that the Chief(Madone) was hanging around the scene of the bank after being told to vacate the area. Multiple other cops as well were being warned to leave by the SWAT commander, but again, these cops never left. I ended the sit because the player who was originally reported I determined was not at fault. However, I don't know what happened with Madone as he had left while I was handling the sit and I believe he had to get off.

That's my side on it all.

Answer : I did told them what ask you me to do , to ask the rest of the PD to back off from Bank area but they did not listen to me. Someone called code red on you guys when i did not gave the command yet. So there was a confusion and from there i was also lagging extremely badly (Hang) that i can't really do anything about it. It was chaos around the bank.
I do not know about the FTVL , i wasn't paying attention.

Just for the next time demote officers that don't follow orders. You apologized with a legit reason so this case can be closed.
