It's ridiculous that he is rdming in sits and getting away with it. He clearly has done it in another sit (which I found out about while writing this) and 3 times in our sit, for the reason that we need to calm down. This is in no way a professional way to deal with a sit (we wasn't revived either) , but he thinks it is clearly shown by him doing it more than once. I am told that monolith have professional staff, so why are they rdming?
