Request reason: He failed to follow fear RP when having a gun pointed at him. In the video you can see he looks at my gun and fails to recognize it and turns a corner and kills me.

He was running out of the PD lot with an AR-15 on his back.

@Hitman According to the server rules, this situation was neither RDM nor FailRP as the player was carryinh an illegal weapon. Furthermore, while being held at gunpoint the player can use his weapon at anytime as it is equipped. In case he had equipped it later the player would have broken Fear RP but this is not the case.

Also, you could have shot/tased him at anytime.

Rule inside the criminal rules category:

1. You can not kill police officers unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, carrying illegal weapons, drug dealing or something similar this is also dependant on the situation.
   1. 'Carrying' is classified as having them equipped. Weapons stored in your inventory aren't classified as 'carrying' unless you performed an illegal act with them. Illegal acts include, but are not limited to, robberies, muggings and general shoot-outs.
   2. All weapons, except handguns, are automatically classified as illegal and can not be made legal with a weapon license. A weapon license grants you the right to carry (= definition see 3.1) a weapon.

Therefore this report has been declined.
