First I want to say that I recently bought premium because I genuinely enjoy your servers and love how immersed I was into the details of the server and want to explore more. But about my ban, I do not know the circumstances of how I was banned (I logged off to go to work and came back banned). I have no idea when "RDM and NITRP" happened. The only case I can think of when I RDM'd someone was when I mugged someone and shot them because they would not comply. Admittedly this was my first mugging and past muggings I was the victim of ended with either me giving money or getting shot for not complying, and I thought this was the case. But other than this circumstance I cannot think of a time I RDM'd someone. During the latter circumstance, I feel I was in the right as in the rules if the player is not giving the money and they have the money they can be killed. I have reread the rules and will strictly follow protocol when mugging and raiding. Sorry for any inconveniences, but I wish I knew more of this situation! - Also on another note, in my opinion 1 month is a bit severe for a first time offense for RDM.

Greetings, Chromosapian.

This ban was based off of video that showed you walking up to a car and shooting the two occupants inside without a single word exchanged. After shooting them, you immediately disconnected and I dealt with the aftermath of the report. As far as your record, it is quite extensive, and includes several instances of mass vdm. I deduced based off of your history and actions that you were simply on to ruin the experience of other players. To be clear, it is never wise to walk up to two players and shoot them and then immediately disconnect. I would be willing to remove this ban altogether, as it has been a month since your last serious ban, but I need a guarantee from you that this behavior will not occur on the server going forward.

Thank you for explaining the situation.
I would like to explain why I shot the car: Those people around 10 minutes before I shot the car raided my neighbor who I was in good standing with. I did not die but saw the shootout and was looking for them for the neighbor. I realized it was them and shot at the car(Forgot to talk). They would not have remembered me because I never spoke to them, only saw these things happen, but it doesn't justify me shooting their car for no apparent reason to them. I had to disconnect due to work obligations, and was not intended to be leaving to avoid punishment or FailRP.

Now about my track record. When I first bought GMOD, I was new to PC and did not know what to do and thought it was cool to VDM, RDM, (I didn't even know those terms at the time) etc. I was immature and young. But I have grown up since then and started playing this game more and see the potential fun I an have on this server by playing properly and by the rules. I can guarantee I will no break the rules knowingly again.
