well because im sorry for my actions and the way i ruined the fun for everyone,and because i think a permanent ban seems a little too much for a troll, maybe a 1 day ban or a week ban but permanent is too much in my opinion

Alright, In my opinion the perm was justified for calling me "Gay" and breaking other rules that showed me that you had no intent to RP. Seeing as you went out of your way to make appeal and register on our community website I can see that you would take back your decision. Therefore I will accept this and instead of the perm ban I will give you a 24 Hour ban so you can read the rule over again and learn your lesson so this appeal will be ACCEPTED.
