I can confirm I did try to locate the AR-15, but had no luck in tracking down its location thru logs/ who interacted with it after Lil Pat's death

Since it is impossible to determine whether or not the AR-15 was actually ever confiscated by an officer and not picked up by a civilian. Therefore, I can not give out a refund because there isn't sufficient evidence.
