Unban Reason: So I was in jail for 30 minutes, and while in there a cop came in and cuffed me to move me cells. After moving me he uncuffed me and left. I tried to search the toilet for lockpicks, but it wasn't working. So I reconnected. I was then banned for 12 hours for leaving while restrained, even though I was uncuffed and the cop had left me in the cell. I believe it was probably a glitch where the game thought I was still cuffed, because it did not say "cuffed" at the top of my screen. I do not have video, however the arresting officer can vouch for me, and I was already in prison for 30 minutes so why would I leave the server? There was no benefit to LTAPing. I hope you can review logs and see that my story matches up.
