Constant crashing started recently

I recently started playing monolith again after about a month and now every time I join the server I can play for about a minute and then crash to my desktop. I have tried running different versions or directX and openGL and nothing is working. All my drivers are up to date and it still keeps crashing. Anyone have ideas?

Get on 64 bit it’s on betas for gmod

Steam Library --> Right click on Garry's Mod and press on properties --> Press on betas at the top --> press on the drop-down menu and press on 86x-64 bit --> your game will update --> you're now not going to crash and also you're gonna get better frames
