Unblacklist Reason: I was in a car and while I was a detective a cop chase ensued, and during this cop chase I was still a detective however I was with friends, and so I asked the chief to demote me, understandably he was probably mid-chase and so he couldn't demote me, however our car was pinned down and so I was only given the decision to run, so I ran on foot and whilst running I was trapped in another corner, thereby the only other way of getting out without spending 60 minutes in jail I shot, I understand I shouldn't have and I apologise.

Hello @zombiks.
Because you were on the police team you have to act like a cop. You cannot use requesting a demotion as a reason to kill another cop and be corrupt. the reason you were blacklisted from police is because you had a verbal warning or a warning point the same day for corruption so I have decided I'm going to be declining this request because your an experienced player and should know these rules.
Therefore Your Appeal will be DENIED.
