Aditional info: there were 2-3 guy driing around with the skyline ramming into cop cars an making us chase them in order to get into a gun fight, at the end they just decided to start the gun fight with Ray O'raighne because they saw we wouldn't bite. They shot me without a reason as they didn't have a knowladge I was a detective (I got killed in another gun fight with them and they assumed I was a detective)

You knowingly broke NLR after you got shot at Le Grande and said "You guys should confiscate and arrest them, HAHA youre going to jail" didn't bother to add that in? Also, we were just asking that cop for help and he called back up on us for no reason and we were code red. You could've just stayed out of it then. Even the cops involved said that they loved the content besides you. Ill take whatever staff decides. (second encounter)

** BTW I replied "you were the one I saw first" on OOC on the fact that he was the first cop I saw in the shootout, not the first cop I saw to what you accuse me of cop baiting if that makes sense. I just dont like getting my words twisted so Id like clarify that.

I haven't NLRd, no idea who was arresting you Vivian was the one who got you and he can vouch that I haven't returned. I am sure you can't mistake my accent with someone elses ... maybe Tommy Montana was the one saying it he has a strong one aswell, I am not sure if he survived your encounter, but I am trutful that I haven't returned back as I didn't want to have anything to do with it. Sorry for the long wait. In this report, there is not enough evidence to punish anyone for RDM/Cop Baiting. If it is true that they knew you're a detective then in reality they can shoot you after a situation like what the video shows. There is not much we can do here.
