Why should the point(s) be removed:
I was never brought to a sit first of all, but my main question is why was I given a warning point for cop baiting for stealing a radio. I didn't even get chased by police or pursued at all period and followed the server rule of /me steals before I stole it and ran off. I was not pursued by any cops, nor did I shoot any cops at all. I see cop baiting as the intention of getting cops to react to you and start a shootout, however I did none of those and quite literally no cops followed me or even took notice of me. I was in and out clean and not a single cop followed me.


Edit: Also Why did you not bring me to a sit if it was such a problem? I was on the server for almost the whole day that day Nvm my b I just realized I got off shortly after to go play tarkov my b

The radio was stolen in the middle of PD with a decent amount of police officers in the surrounding area. A decent portion of them would have seen the /me appear in chat. As you mentioned, you were not online at the time the report of the incident was claimed; and the reporter had a video clip of the incident, so it was dealt with without your input.

But I wasn’t cop baiting, I didn’t do it with the intention of having them chase me. All the cops were pre-occupied with batoning each other so I saw an opening to steal a radio laying on the floor while they were busy and not paying attention. I don’t see how this was baiting anyone especially since not 1 cop chased me in a car or on foot. I could see how this would have been an issue if I stole it, then ran outside and had someone chase me and then me shoot them. I can’t see how this was baiting in any way possible. This is probably the most petty punishment I’ve ever received, and extremely trivial. You have people blatantly smashing into cops and shit but I steal a fucking radio off the ground and I’m the bad one.

I would also like to elaborate, that this could have been handled in RP easily. I was unarmed. If a cop wanted to chase me/taze me he could have, I legit walked to my car. Then went to gamble at casino. I was not chased. I also did not steal it for my mere enjoyment, but because I wanted the radio for later.
