Request Reason: Cop-baiting, RDM. The first uncounter was when I seen Wolv with a class 3 on his back, he seen me and pointed his phase gun at me to get my attention, then ran into his car and took off. I tried to pull him over but didn't get the chance. About 5 minutes later I was patrolling, I passed by casino and seen his car. Him and his friends got out their cars and started shooting me. I don't believe they had any reason to shoot me as all I didn't even get to chase them in the first encounter. In the third encounter, there was a hostage situation at Evo Lane. We were negotiating then all of a sudden Wolv walked out with his class 3, he had it on his back and was clearly trying to get officers to arrest him so that his friends can open fire on PD. I believe there was no attempt to RP in this situation and instead they called PD to Evo lane only to gun us down once we arrived. And it's important to note that once I arrested Wolv, he started to threaten that I let him go, so I got my handcuffs out to unrest him. Then Little Luck (STEAM_0:0:49472964) walked up and shot me without saying anything. Wolv and his friends then began to gun down all remaining PD officers at Evo lane.

video 1: well as I was in front of thte garage we were getting healed by a medic when I saw you drive by and I was aware I had a gun on my back from a previous encounter, no intentions of cop baiting more just hopping out getting healed from 75 to 100 rq then getting back in the car on my merry way. Then bad timing you happen to drive by and see us with guns, thatts when I heard u call us out so I call out that you called us out, (using my physgun to point at you not to get your attention but to show my friends that u called us out which I know I cant use my phys gun as a pointer my apologies.) Thats when instead of shooting you then for calling us out we decided to try and flee. However when we saw you at casino, we knew you saw us and you turned around towards us and sure it was an assumption that you called us out once again and tried to initiate an arrest but obviously it was a correct assumption thats when we started to shoot because we knew you were calling us out and had intentions of arresting us.

video 2: we had started a hostage situation and as negotiations were starting I realized there was only 3 cops so I didnt feel like participating. Thats when I decided to try and leave, I knew I shouldve been safe because there were guns on the hostage head and you still tazed me knowing that thte hosttage and you guys would die if you did. The cop next to you even had a big enough brain to allow me to leave because he knew what would happen if you did what you did. Originally after you tased me they said over radio to exchange me for the hostage (honestly would've been a cool rp situation) but then you started to go into my inventory. Knowing your intention was to confiscate my items (as seen from tthe video) thats when they ran out to kill you. I can see from the video however you got out of your inventory after I said to let me go or hostage dies however from my end it was showing you in my inventory that whole time so I was assuming you were ttrying to confiscate my stuff still, if the game didn't show you still in my inventory then you wouldn't have died. Kind of unlucky nothing could've been done about that.

Well it's also important to note that after I had died, you pulled up to hospital and pulled to the side of the road, right infront of me. You then tried to make conversation with me while still clearly having the class three on your back. You wanted me to have a reaction so you could get out and kill me.

Hello,

I have came into a conclusion, in the first video, although he had his gun outside of garage his claims were that he had just got out of a situation and he had forgot, so in conclusion, i wont classify it as cop bait since it wasn't intentional, just next time @Wolv make sure you don't have your gun equipped next time.

In my belief of the second video, @Wolv shouldn't have shot @FallenderMond, this doesn't enable any initiation and @FallenderMond was just straight up shot. It is understandable of the context, but killing should be your last resort.

1. Law Enforcement may only be harmed if they are a direct threat to you. Passing by officers and deputies, such as those obeying NLR, may not be harmed unless they initiate on you.

The third video shows @Wolv exiting the hostage situation, and saying, "I don't wanna do this anymore." as @FallenderMond detains him, he then threatens to kill the hostage if he doesn't let him go, this is FailRP and RDM to those players in the hostage sit in Evo Lane. You and your friends can't just leave and call off negotiations.

1. Hostage takers cannot end negotiations if the Police Department is complying with their demands, as long as such demands are allowed by the rules.
