When did the situation occur?: 2/12/2020, can't recall the time, somewhere around 4pm maybe?
Your evidence to support your claim:

Log:
2:44- 911 call comes in stating "big class 3 at casino"
3:33- Myself and other police enter casino from both entrances, there's no blood, bullet holes, and everyone inside casino is acting like nothing happened.
3:45- Wyatt Kelley (SWAT officer) calls out that there's someone up on the 3rd floor. (I take a while to get there because I didn't even know that existed)
3:47- SWAT officer shoots his revolver, you can hear somebody take damage. This leads me to believe that Wyatt saw Rikki with his gun out.
3:57- Officer screeches about being hit.
4:32- Suspect down. Figure out it's the same person that made the call.


To sum it up: only 1 minute after the call comes in, a gunfight starts between the caller and a SWAT officer, while before there were no bullets or blood anywhere in the casino.

I didnt know this was against the rules when I made the 911 call, I reread the rules after this report was made and I now understand that this was completely against the cop baiting rule I apologize for my actions and it wont happen again
