Following this group of people successfully raiding bank and getting away, the police were no longer looking for them, but they grouped up at hospital with class-3s on their backs and engaged in a gunfight with police. I was shot while fleeing and unarmed.

Correction to this report: I didn't witness this event personally. I just took the sit, saw the video, but those in question were offline. so i suggested he make a player report instead

im the one in white shirt, kev, balaclava (cant see my cosmetics in this video) and have a aug on my back, i wasnt even looking at the guy reporting us

you can even see in the video im warranted aswell so me being equipped in general shouldnt be a problem, but clearly i was not the one shooting anybody, the only ones i shot at the hospital where cops with drawn weapons

@jeppe When you got out of your car you turned and ran into hospital while talking on the radio, so it seems you didn't notice me. I still think you should avoid being equipped in public, though, and you can now equip/unequip in vehicles. Because of this I don't think you should be in trouble for cop baiting.
@misterjokeman it seems Asian gave me the wrong steamID, probably from a different death which makes sense seeing as I died quite a few times within a pretty short period.
I checked the video and found the person that shot me there was STEAM_0:1:114806014, and their steam name's ethan. I'll be editing the report to correct that.

You are a cop with a primary on your back chasing criminals with class threes who just raided the bank and who have active warrants on them. As the MRP Server Rules states in section 2.2 Players VS Player Rule Number 8,

1. You may not kill a Law Enforcement Officer unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. These could include, but is not limited to, visibly carrying illegal weapons or visibly performing an illegal activity. These reasons depend on the context. If police are attempting to initiate an arrest on you while you are carrying hidden illegal items in your inventory, that is a valid reason to kill them.

You knew what was happening since you were running towards the direction of the bank to counter it, but you turn towards us because you see us with class threes. There's no way in this situation that you would've lived, Whether you realized or not, "You were at the wrong place at the wrong time."

I was unarmed. I thought I saw the girl that RDMed the officer (was that you @misterjokeman?) that was trying to save James Mira in the hospital so I went there to check it out, but you and Adrian pulled up to the hospital with class-3s equipped and shot me before I could get there. So you were fully aware that we were in an active crime scene since you saw @misterjokeman shooting at you and others from the bank raid, you also knew that misterjokeman was in the hospital since you reported him in the beginning for rdm. You also ran towards the hospital after seeing Adrian's car, knowing full well that he has a warrant at the time, which is why you attempted to arrest him, leaving no option but to end in your death.

I never had a tazer, baton, or cuffs out. I never said I was going to arrest you, I just told you to put your guns away. You shot me while I was running away. You took your gun off safety to shoot me 4 seconds after Adrian got out of his car.

The fact that you're showing the video of you chasing @misterjokeman somebody who I just did a bank raid with and whose on my frequency. I killed you for approaching us and you think that is rdm, when you admitted that you went to the hospital to get insight on wolfs arrest. This is going to be my last reply since this is turning into a "he said, she said" argument.

so you were there for misterjokeman, who was part of our crew in the bank raid at the time like you said, right? So when you ran over to hospital where we were at the time and where you thought misterjokeman was according to you, what made you think it was a good idea to go ahead and get in our faces as a police officer, knowing full well that we were armed with class 3 firearms looking out for cops to arrest us for the bank raid we committed, "to tell us to put our guns away."

read above, again what made you think for a second that that was a good idea at all? if anything it's FTVL on your end for being unarmed as you say, running up to a bunch of armed people like they're airsoft? This whole report is pointless as you were unarmed trying to get a response from us in order to bait a report, so with that said I'm going to leave this up to the admins to decide on the result as there is nothing else to say at all. No, Adrian was driving a skyline at the time of the shooting during this report but when I warranted him BEFORE THE BANK RAID, he was driving a different car (a jeep wrangler). I've been dealing with a lot of cop baiting from people like Heisen Burg and his gang, and I'm a pretty chill cop so when I see somebody with a class-3 on their back that I don't otherwise have a reason to mess with (AKA the only reason they're suspicious is because they have a class-3 equipped for no damn reason), I just tell them to put it away and don't give them a reason to shoot me. This worked multiple times, but you decided to shoot me the instant you saw me. I had no idea people had class-3s in hospital until I came around the corner of the skyline and you were standing there with a class-3 on your back. Here's what I see from this situation:
1- I went to the hospital to check out & search somebody that looked like the girl in the beginning of the video that murdered an officer that was trying to save James Mira's life. Neither me nor the officer (to my knowledge) cuffed Mira, he was stabilized and supposedly had been hit by a car.
2- I ran away from you as soon as you pulled out your gun.
3- You pulled out your gun with the intent to shoot me because you had your class-3 equipped and feared I was trying to arrest you or your buddies.
4- You had your weapons equipped following a bank raid that no police officers were concerned about anymore because you already killed them and they moved on.

It does not matter if "you feel comfortable" being around players with class3's, that is not how the FearRP rule works in real life you would not run towards people who had class 3's on there back that is breaking FTVL.

@Ethann

I still fail to see where he was a threat in this situation although he walked up to you FTVL he still showed no threat and walked away right away breaking FailRP. In the future even if you are in an active situation there was no threat present.

Seeing as this situation both parties are shown breaking rules I will deny this report and both will receive verbal warnings.
