Request reason: I was picking up my stuff from the bank, he took my mini fridge from the car and RDM'd me for literally no reason other than I parked my car illegally and tried to get away from him after he rammed my car. Rules say that you're supposed to pursue and not kill when they pose no immediate danger to you. You can clearly hear him trying to stifle a laugh cause he thinks its funny.
