Request Reason: I had not committed any crime, had nothing illegal on me neither i ve not committed any serious traffic violations as seem on video. The_ghost had no reason to cuff and arrest me as he tried to. His actions led to my death as he was pulling my body in the middle of the street.
1. There was no reason to perform that traffic stop the way he did (cuffing, tazing, and further arrest)
2. He was responsible for my death. I lost money and firearms license due to it

As for Mr Spy, even knowing that i died thus all that situation was void, he kept pursuing my vehicle and giving callouts on radio which forced me to pause my RP cuz otherwise they would say i was fleeing from them. this whole situation led to my second death

Hello, I was mentioned in this report so I will give my side of the story. The reason you were being pulled over and stoped is that the captain called out your out as code red on the radio after I stopped you he said you had struck him with his vehicle when I came up to you and pulled you over with my weapon drawn I was conducting a felony stop as you were code red I chose not to shoot you because you had gotten out of the vehicle when I pulled up. I asked you to put your hands up you then asked why, I said "I'd tell you after I'd cuffed you" as I was the only officer on scene at the time with you being code red I didn't want to risk it you then a few seconds later ran from me that is when I proceeded to taze you I then cuffed you shortly after I cuffed you while you were unconscious a car crushed me, shortly after other officers arrived on the scene. After I respawned I then logged off as it was storming outside. I was simply following orders given by the police captain at the time @TwewT

And To whoever takes this report I have footage of my side if needed please contact me and I will share it.

Yes, and the reason i did it was because i was full confident that i have done nothing wrong on the past. If i had hit someone and i knew i was being wanted, i would surrender myself like that

Also btw the same car that killed me killed you someone spawned it on top of us and it crushed us. Also you didn’t wait 10 mins before returning to the scene of your death which could have played a factor in you dying again.

As you are reporting a member of Staff this has to be dealt with by Server Director+. Meaning that you should have made 2 reports (1 for the player and 1 for the staff member) instead of combining it into one.

The thing is that whole situation started from a wrong, rulebreaking act of you guys on cop even my death was cause of your poor traffic stop procedure. That was unfair, started from a rulebreak thus it was a void situation.

That’s not how PD procedure works as a cop while it’s probably not smart to go in alone I’m confidant enough in my abilities to know I should be fine should something happen. However it’s my duty to protect the citizens if I follow you or leave you alone to wait for backup you could get away and if you really have committed a serious crime it would be on me. cops endanger their lives everyday at the time you were called out as code red which tells me you’ve done somthing harsh meaning harsh measures must be taken against you IE a felony stop which is where I stop you guns drawn get you cuffed as fast as possible and get you out of there. as for me tazing you again you ran away when I was trying to detain you. All of these things are standard police procedure. (Also as a side note I’d like to add my intention was to detain and question you at PD however I died to a car so I was unable.) I agree with you the whole situation is all over the place and probably should be voided.
