Request Reason: false code red. The reason i uploaded that long clip is to show you that they have'nt had any reason prior to code red me.
The dude who started shooting with a pistol was Ryan. At that time, Soil was Ass.Chief and he allowed the whole situation, shooting at me. At the beginning of the video you can see him in the white cop SUV car.

I was being a civilian at the time, i was using a stolen tow truck to steal people's vehicles excluding the risk of having to lockpick it where it was initially parked.

Soil (Baljeet Wang) sadly does not have a forums account but he did reach out to me on Discord and this was his response:

For this report, there were 2 tow truck drivers on duty and both were wanted and code red for ramming vehicles and running over civilians. We eventually got both pinned near PD, one of the tow truck drivers were killed and the other got away. After a while we had given up on finding the other tow truck driver, but as I was going to hospital I saw a tow truck pull out of garage. I pulled over near bank to ask the other officers if the other tow truck driver was ever found. As I am doing that, I see a car being towed by him with a civilian running up to me saying their car had been stolen despite being perfectly parked. Given that the person driving looked like the tow truck driver and was towing an innocent person's car, we determine that it's the same tow truck driver and we start looking for him. I confirmed over radio that the tow truck was still code red and tell them that they may shoot if he makes another attempt to escape. I don't think that any of the officers present at the scene did anything wrong. Juca drove backwards when we were approaching him and kept driving forward with 3 officers pointing guns at him. It wasn't until after he was killed that we learned he had stolen the tow truck, so he pretty much put himself in that situation.

What else do i still have to say? The video shows everything. He claims that there were other tow trucks on code red which, if it is true, it stills having nothing to do with me since i was'nt being a tow truck driver nor was i being wanted.

I was in a stolen tow truck under the risk of being stopped and arrested by cops at any time, reason why i was making sure to not give any reason to let a cop stop me and realize i was in a stolen car, i made sure to have the vehicle lights on all time, driving on the right lane, no speeding and even respecting traffic lights(u can see on video). In no way i ran someone over nor posted as threat to anyone, and unlike him, I'm not presenting mere words to back me up, i have video evidence.

I haven't mentioned yet how few minutes before the code fed, Baljet Wang messaged me to meet with him in PD to discuss for how much i would sell my hat. I denied the offer and went to my tow truck, then
when i was leaving the garage he was there on the white SUV in front of me, he even got out my way to let me pass. How in the world was i in code red? He didn't chase me, didn't blocked my way, called for back up on radio, neither he shot at my vehicle. There is a clear contradiction in his statements.

Even if i lend him the benefit of doubt that he mistook my tow truck with the code reded one, which again it doesn't make sense because he had 2 opportunities priorto arrest/shoot me but he didn't do it, it stills his fault and a false code red rulebreak.

After careful review of this player report, I have concluded that the following server rules were violated:

Law Enforcement Violation:

[5.2.1] Law Enforcement may only use deadly force when the situation requires the protection of themselves or others. For example, if a person is threatening your life, you may use your weapon in self-defense.

[5.2.2] Law Enforcement can not use lethal force when in pursuit of a fleeing suspect unless your own or civilian lives are in imminent danger or all other attempts to stop the suspect had failed. You must be able to justify your actions if asked by a member of staff.

As seen from the video footage, JucaMais clearly was not a threat to life and should had not been code red.
