Request Reason: False code red+ Rdm + failrp. I was driving my vehicle by drawing bridge not knowing there was a checkpoint at that point, when I saw the checkpoint I didn't have enough time to brake and avoid collision anymore, I play with a ping avg of 260-300 and it makes my input lag be up to 700ms-1sec, So the most i could do was turn the car to the right to avoid running the cop over , which made me bump into the fence and avoid the cop. However, the dude still shot me down for no reason and doesn't even care to call EMS or do CPR, he keeps moving my body until I die.
That player did commit False code red for not having reason to shot me like that, Failrp and Rdm for not acting properly as policeman and calling ems since there was a ""criminal"" downed on the scene and slamming my body with the intent to finish me.

1. He made a checkpoint in an inappropriate place that does not make the driver have a view of it, besides that he was blocking one of the lanes.
2. At no point did I drive reckless, nor i was being wanted. I was in my lane and I couldn't see that there was a checkpoint down there, nor was there time to control my car accordingly.
3. If I wanted to i could instead of turn right, turn left and try to get through that open risking the policeman's life, but I didn't want to do that just to avoid a code-red, however he still shot at me. At any moment i did hit him nor i wanted to, not even the trajectory of my car was towards him.
4. The fact that he shot me for no reason aiming exactly at the driver's window instead of the engine or other part of the car, the way he doesnt call EMS, do CPR , instead he keeps slamming my body on the ground so that it kills me shows that his intention was just to kill for fun, with no RP purpose at all.

Notice that the video has no audio because the video editor software had a problem rendering the video with audio together, but I believe that audio is not necessary to understand the situation as the Cop didn't give me any orders, or there was no attempt to talk at all, he just proceed to shot me down as quick as he could. And honestly if this guy gets away with nothing, he will continue doing the same things, thinking that there will be no punishment for him messing the RP of several other players.

I gunned @JucaMais down because my friend was in my car at bank around 30 minutes prior and he got out and got run over by the same color'd jeep. If he did die or something to have nlr come up he should have made a sit right then and there to tell us hey I died maybe you can give my stuff back? my friends name is @FLEETCOMMANDER who got car pinched with the wall and his jeep. also you can see I said something in the video maybe look right above my head yeah? If you need to I can try and find someone with a video on PD freq at the time I called the green jeep out for code red

So, you are claiming that i was being wanted or at least code reded. I dont think thats accurate, because before i met you at that chepoint i've been driving my jeep all over places and any cop who passed by me did anything or pulled me over. That still doesn't explain why you shot me straight in the face and not my vehicle so you could arrest me, since even I didn't present any threat to you driving towards you, that doesnt make sense. you did'nt even wanted to check if it was the right car, there was'nt no RP at all

You mean that only second that it apears above your head? you just said like "huh" already aiming at me and proceeds to gun me down. Nothing that constitues any talk or order at all

You can say whatever you want, you didnt tried to CPR or call EMS on me. and in the video cleary shows how you kept slamming my body over and over. Who has the job of taking someone's body to a car, in this case an ambulance, its the EMS which once again you didnt call. Taking my body to any other vehicle other than an ambulance makes 0 sense.

After careful review of this player report, I have concluded that the reported player did not have a sufficient reason to code red you.

The Police Checkpoint that was built as seen in the video provided is of poor standards; not playable by any means. If anything, it may deliberately cause collisions as it is not seen when you drive on the draw bridge - you only have a split second to react, depending on how fast your are travelling.

To make matters worst, it has no functionality whatsoever as it blocks one lane of traffic, forcing incoming vehicles to be driven on the opposite side of the highway.

To make this Police Checkpoint safe and with functionality, you should had signs there that were at least 50-100 feet away giving caution that there is a checkpoint ahead. The Police Checkpoint should had also been constructed on viewable road surface for road users; furthermore, a checkpoint should not block one lane of traffic, it's advised that a checkpoint has two lanes of flowing traffic.

JucaMais is not at fault here. Although his speeding may had lead him to lose some seconds in his reaction time, the same outcome could had happened still.

Since JucaMais was in no direct threat to any persons as he was not at fault, he should had not been code red nor killed.
