Additional members involved/witnessing: @Shiblamo , @friskiemar (little parts, you'll see in the video)
Background: Me and my friend had been chasing and ramming the stolen marked crown vic for a long time before the video started, and we'd just picked up his trail again after loosing him. We were both civilians, chasing him because he rammed both of us intentionally, was falidriving, and VDMing. In the video, you see the guy get banned for 4 weeks.

People don't seem to understand: innocent until proven guilty. If you were innocent, you should have nothing to be afraid of. This was bad RP on both your situations. I am also 99% sure I asked you if you were recording. I told you that you could use the recording IN CHARACTER as dash cam or body cam footage to prove your innocence and if they still arrested you after you proved your innocence you are more than welcome to call an admin. It is so easy to get out of a situation if you're being detained. Even if you DID do something and somebody saw you do it, you can easily weasel your way out of it.

David: Horrible RP as a cop, you didn't even give him a chance to defend himself. Innocent until proven guilty.

Jimmy: You had a video and you didn't show it to him? Come on man...thats on you.

@little_jack Shiba didn't do anything further than nullify the situation by respawning me, nobody was punished. Also, Friskie, all the evidence needed was in my truck's license plate, which I requested him to look at DURING the scene and a million times later, and he continued to refuse to take a look at it. Later in the PD, he said that once he tried to cuff me, I ran off. He also was talking about a volvo, which I don't see at any time during the video. He also refused my request for a court case, and I most definitely wouldn't have had time to upload the video on the way to PD.
Also, @little_jack , this report is mainly about Heisenberg, not you. I feel you acted inappropriately in the PD.
