Your evidence to support your claim:
This video shows him killing the suspect at the start after he asked me a couple times to hold him and kept saying "I got him officer its fine" so I trusted him and told him to carry it instead. Then he kills him between the door. After I say I have bodycam footage and I will show chief or a "god" to get him demoted he then proceeds to start panicking and whining before eventually pulling out a gun and RDM'ing me at the end. Also, sorry if you hear my friend in the background on discord I was sharing my screen for him (he was not on the server of course) but it was funny to laugh in the background at this guy whining so I thought it would be good to leave in. Enjoy!
Additional members involved/witnessing: Other cops demoted him after he killed me but I still think he deserves punishment for killing stabilised suspect. Officer John Garr was present as well for some points of the confrontation before he shot me.
