After reviewing the video provided by @Hazer here is my conclusion. @Logan_logan has no valid reason to shoot another government official let this be a police officer, as a secret service agent you are to protect the mayor from any active threats, but at no point, you are allowed to shoot another government official.

@Logan_logan will receive a 2 Week Weapon Blacklist.
