Request Reason: Both basically fail driving and leading up to a cop chase. Eventually through their cop baiting they get caught, one KIA due to almost ramming a cop dead, and the other one caught but eventually killed because they pinched themselves off an ambulance that I pinched myself on.

@Deruta I am not sure if it was ment this way but the video you provided didn't show "faildriving" in particular as it was literally just 10 seconds of how you ended a chase with them. I do in fact acknowledge that they shouldn't be "fleeing" to begin with since they are playing on a government job but that isn't the main rulebreak you are reporting here, hence why.

I do see that I accidentally left that out. All the fail driving was, was the two of them pinning and ramming a fellow officer while blocking the streets. All on top of the ramp leading to Lakeshore Lodging.

Without video to proof this I can't just assume this actually happend. So unless you do I will have to base a conclusion of what you have already provided.

That's not how this works... You still attempted to resist arrest besides the initial iteration of fleeing.

To the first reply, you are correct in that government officials are not allowed to resist arrest, however in this, we were code redded for an accident so we kept driving. We all know how cops love to code red instantly when they could just chase. Also, if a government official flees and or resists arrest, it can and should be handled in rp, and they can be arrested.

Should, but any intentions that could cause harm to a officer or a member of the public, can be met with lethal force. As the other officer did, since he was almost pinched himself by a Tow Truck and Police Cruiser.

In term, what the Tow Truck operator should've done is leave the area as they were not stuck. Yet they wanted to join in on the shenanigans, and led themselves to this.

Even if they aren't deemed full corruption, it's definitely at least cop baiting.

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion.

@Leo Garkin won't be punished with just the provided evidence.

@Che'f Boyarte will receive 1 WPs for the following:

- Committing a crime while on a government job

(Other 'supposed' violations can not be dealt with as there is no concrete evidence to support it)
