Cosmetics Have Been Broken Forever

Since ive bought premium, the biggest thing ive been looking forward too is purchasing cosmetics and everytime I click on the cosmetics cashier I get this -> http://prntscr.com/jn4cop and when I click on the ''Head'' button nothing happens. I'd like to know a possible fix for this since cosmetics are the only reason I bought premium for.

Its funny because the first day I bought premium I was able to see them. After that amazing day, I havent been able to see them after 2 months of hoping for them to be fixed :-:

@ELIASS the problem is that i cannot even click on the button for the cosmetics to show it just sort oof freezes at the ''head'' button

ye i see then the only thing that you can do is wait till the next update and hope it will be fixed as they have reported it on the trello

@ELIASS Yes but my only concern is that it works for certain people but it doesnt work for me so its feels like the problem is client side not server side so it might never get fixed.

Now I don't currently know why cosmetics aren't working or if it's a solvable issue but I will say Cosmetics need full attention (if not given already) as it's one of the reasons players purchase Premium, It's not fair to prohibit them from something their paying money for.

@8B1T That is exactly what im thinking because cosmetics are what differentiate a regular member from a premium member and its unfair to have them broken for over one and a half months. The weird thing is that for some people that had cosmetics on before the bug, they can buy any of them, i really want a solution to this problem or I dont really see the point of a membership.
