Yes, its not a premium issue. I have the balaclava and kevlar now for some reason, but 75% of the time when i connect I don't, even after reconnecting 3 times. Doesn't make sense to me. I reconnected and dont have it again

If you have it sometimes and not other times I don't think you lost the item. There may be a bug with the game or an issue on your side. I suggest making a bug report to try to get it resolved.
