Crashing because of gun shots

A description of your technical issue: Whenever there are a lot of shots like me being raided or just when there are a lot of shots near me I crash it starts like glitching out and then crashes my game.
Has it happened before?: it has happened many times but I have tried ways to fix it but I can’t find one.
Extraneous details/description: Whenever lots of gun shots happen I crash.
Have you checked “solved” for your issue?: if this means have you tried to fix it yes I have but I haven’t found a solution yet.

No notification at all? Nothing like that?
It might just be that your computer can't handle the excessive ram and memory generated by the game engine.
Try running gmod in high priority mode; admin mode, and make sure you're using all of your threads.
Here are my launch options: -high -novid -processheap -threads 8 +exec autoexec -fullscreen -windowed -noborder

My computer is good enough to run it and I have all of that

If you haven’t switched your gmod to 64bit do that, it cuts your crashing in half.

You should get some red errors in chat sometimes, and it will tell you to do some commands in chat. If i'm correct, one of them should be

gmod_mcore_test 1
