So I first want to let you guys know that I haven't played Monolith since I believe March 7. On that day(or around the time I quit) I was pd blacklisted for I believe 5 days and I was also permabanned from Discord for disrespecting Liv, which I will address later. I was kind of in a bad place and I decided that I should quit for a while if monolith was having real world impacts on the person I was. I got a little too enveloped in it all and I soon came to realize that I was becoming someone that I despised. I am going to be brief in this part and just say that I had no clue I was banned on the servers for player disrespect and I am not really sure why, unless it had to do with the discord incident(which I will address later). I am not even sure when I was banned nor do I think I even had GMOD installed when I was banned. I am just unaware of what happened: after a couple months I decided to redownload GMOD and relog onto Monolith to see that I was banned and that I have 1 month and a half left of the ban. I am just confused about it.

Discord Incident:

In the past couple months, a lot has changed for me: I got into a pretty serious relationship, I am two months sober from alcohol, I had my first kiss, I said I love you for the first time, and more... basically I am trying to say that a lot of good has happened to me in the past months and I have greatly changed. I soon learned, through my girlfriend, that women are people to nurture not people to conquer, a concept I did not realize only a few months ago. On discord, I believe I got banned for saying the following: "Taz I don't know why you simp for Liv.. for all you could know she could be fat". At the time, those words seemed alright for me to say, but only after learning self/female respect do I realize how bad those words truly sound. For this I want to apologize to @Liv Kaizen for all I have done to you, I want you to know I have changed, and that I ask for your forgiveness.

Your appeal can be denied based on time-frame discrepancy. You should appeal within a reasonable time-frame of when the ban was initially issued / or when it transpired.

You were also being extremely toxic, player targeting/harassing, just because you harass players in discord does not mean you can not get banned from our servers if we feel like you are breaking the rules. Those words were also "sort" of what you said, I remember it being much worse, to my knowledge previous warnings about this type of issue. I do not believe you have changed despite your appeal, I think as soon as you get unbanned from our servers you will just go back into your same old self breaking rules just as you have done in the past. You have been previously banned before, giving multiple warnings, it was then when things needed to change not a reaction to a final long-term ban. Along with your previous bans since march 2020 you have been constantly breaking server rules, most importantly for lying to staff which is why I do not believe you. To my best recollection because this ban also takes in your previous history and not just this single incident I will not be accepting this appeal.
