Unban Reason: First of all they called failrp because I refused to drop money that I had just gotten from a ordinary bank raid. I ran out the bank, was chased by officers only when I began to enter layer 1. They had reports of a green vehicle not a black man named Rob Santoro. They chase me, I escape and get the money at back of casino(would also like to mention how there was a cop waiting there which I am sure is not allowed since they don't know in RP that that is the drop off point). I sprint inside to deposit(I had not engaged in any type of combat. They finally come and tase me in which when I come back I deposit again which I now admit is against the rules, but I do not believe the first one of 10k was. Immediately they assumed that I was the robber even though there was no description of the robber himself(I could have just been a random guy depositing my casino earnings). I get brought to a sit by moderator asiandkool and Tesk, a swat commando comes. Tesk claims that he was immediately behind me with a gun and telling me to stop and put my hands up. I claim that I did not hear him(I do have a hearing problem btw) and I thought the cops were too far away from me for it to be considered combat deposit or failure to value ones life. NO EVIDENCE, in any form, was brought against me rather Tesk's word was used as the damning evidence. Tesk and asiandkool, unprofessionally I may add, would laugh when I brought up my points. It was my word against Tesk's and since he is a staff he wins, which is very unfair. He refused to see video evidence from another officer and he refused to actually bring a SA there, instead the word of Tesk was just considered enough. Mid sentence I was banned. Some background= Tesk and I have always had a bad connection-he and I often get in arguments when in sits since he just calls me a liar which he did in this sit as well. So he obviously has a bias against me. The fact that Tesk's word was used just because he is an admin, even though he was on the opposite side of the sit is just absurd. I demand a commuting of my ban. I also request a staff member other than asiandkool and Tesk review this as to prevent bias(they laughed at me and called me a liar)
