Ban Reason: Inappropriate Content and Bullying and Harassment
Unban Reason: Ok for the inappropriate content- one I just want to make sure yall know I put that on my brother's profile- which doesnt justify the picture but just so you guys know I wasnt sexually harrassing someone- so I take full responsibility for that

Its more the second warning point- see I perfectly understand why I was given it because I put this:

Ok so I get that that looks bad out of context but here is some context- here is some of the stuff Mazen and his friends have messaged me:
"who tf are you can you go take ur pills and fuck off ur not funny and ur only friend is definitely ur brother both of u are weirdos go do smth useful instead of feeling like a cool guy on a website weird ass guy"
"and thats why you're a loser with no life stick to school and come back when someone other than ur weirdo brother finds you funny at all bum ass loser"
"and imagine talking shit to somebody when u defo look smth like this http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/characters/kids/timmy-burch.png"
"lmk when ur brother isnt your only friend in ur shit ass life and someone else find u funny too like i said u bum ass loser get off mono and go get a diploma"

In addition to this- they stalk me on forums and when ever I make a comment they troll it.

Note: If possible is there a way i could be banned from all forums except appeals/reports/refund requests and roleplay documents- that is all i really need to use- the rest i kind of get caught up in and get carried away

I also would like to add that Thy's new Forum Moderation Enforcement post: many of my arguments are supported:
"Do not simply enforce the letter of the rule with no thought for context." I feel like is applicable to the one I posted on Bob's forum profile.
"If someone has a negative history of similar rule breaks that should scale up a punishment's severity. This should be on a case by case basis. The goal is for a player to learn from their mistakes, not deter them from the server." I feel like this is very valid- a lot of my past warning points have been more of a joke than offense but it has resulted in me being suspended and I then no able to make PR, RR, or Roleplay documents
"We will no longer delete posts that break rules but are otherwise part of a valid thread. This is to hopefully become more transparent to the community in how we deal with forum violations and why the people being punished are being punished." I feel like this applied to all of my violations in Org Threads: I do what I see and I stay in character and yet I am left with a warning point that I am confused about even if I look in the rules.
