Request reason: FailRP | As clearly shown in the video Mr. Manan was handcuffed and FORCED into my police vehicle which was locked after I put him inside. He then proceeded to exit the vehicle and enter a seperate vehicle to escape. If I remember correctly from a staff member saying this," You CAN NOT exit a police vehicle if you are handcuffed and were forced inside of it. If done it is FailRp"

I did hop out of the car thinking that when i am in the backseat when they lock the car door i cant get out. I am aware he forced me in, but it once i was in a cop car being arrested, and was in the backseat and wasn't able to get out because the car was locked. I thought it would do the same thing and that message would pop up. Then i came to a conclusion to continue rp thinking it was updated or something along those lines. I asked him would you like to continue rp in pm's but he denied it.

As shown in the video, OfficerNoodles did in fact lock the car, not that it really matters.
You are in almost no way able to get out of a car with your hands tied behind your back. I dont understand that you didn't go back to the officer once you knew you made a mistake, instead of hopping in someone else's car.
