Was literally in my inventory trying to sort through my box when he just guns me down for no reason. No interaction occurred when he was aiming at me other than him just shooting me. Earlier in the day, this player attempted to raid us and failed, so I suspect that could be the motive but I’m unsure.

After speaking to Danny about the situation he says he attempted to initiate a mugging. According to the video I feel as if Danny waited enough time before he shot him, but that does not override the fact that it wasn't allowed in the first place.

1. You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, Hospital, Fire Department, City Hall, and the Bank.

Danny did not follow this specific rule considering he mugged in arguably the most populated area on the map.

Danny was given a warning point and will be further accessed regarding this rule break.

As for the victim of the rule break, he is allowed to make a refund request for any lost or stolen items, tagging me as the staff member.
