Relevant Evidence:
I believe that this ban had no definitive evidence nor were there any previous claims of me cheating. This was the only time that I admit I may have been seen as a “fishy” subject. It all started when I responded to a call at red industrial where the Wong Family was basing. The Wong Family and fellow officers and I engaged in a firefight which ended in a victory for the Police. We had a total of three detainees being escorted to the PD for sentencing. We ended up having two men in custody while Sam Wong was missing. I assumed that Sam Wong somehow disappeared from the scene and I ended up continuing transporting the two detainees. At this point in time the server had around 90-100 players online. I realized that Main Street was impacted with players and vehicles and decided to drive through the UPS depot as an alternative to head towards Cosmos Street. As I was driving through the depot I saw a handcuffed man in a suit with the third person view in my vehicle. It was safe to assume that this man was my missing detainee. I stepped out of my vehicle to see the person and coincidentally, it was Sam Wong and Aaron in an admin sit. I proceeded to back off as it an OOC situation but this is the point in time where I realize that Aaron had suspected me of cheating because he would proceed to say, “It’s weird how we knew we were in this exact location”. When you come to think of it, the admin sit was extremely close to my location and it’s a location where sits usually would not occur. I am guessing that after I got off approximately 30 minutes later was I banned for cheating. I’ve been a paying member for three months and about to enter my fourth month. I have also been paying for my friend’s membership for the past two months and planning to continue doing so. It’s hard to say goodbye to this server where I have spent countless hours of my day to be on and just enjoy this unique and addictive server where I can get the closest to roleplay. This is easily the best server that I have come across and I hope to be able to play again soon. All I ask is to have this banned reversed, I sincerely hope you reconsider your decision.
