Reason for Request: Police Chief Darren Brown used the Emergency State system multiple times to announce what would become a Purge. I can't say for a fact whether or not people ran around killing each other as the player count was rather low, and I was at the mines mining. I can however prove he did in-fact abuse his powers and he should be blacklisted at the very least from Chief of Police and Mayor due to his abuse of the Emergency System. In which he quit as Chief and ran around purging.
