Unblacklist Reason: My crew and I were ambushed at farm bridge and they shot me, Venero Russo and Johnathan Valentine. I was the only one who died in this situation.
After I died I was picked up and taken to the casino to grab a weapon to defend a potential raid at our base. While I was in the casino prembox the rest of my crew became involved in a fight at the backdoor of the casino with the people who had killed me in the earlier situation. Although I did not initiate I eventually became involved in the fight, leading to my killing of one of the people. I became involved because my life was threatened in this situation.
This situation does not break NLR, as my actions have nothing to do with my past life. I was simply defending myself in a life-threatening situation that came to me.
believe the accused NLR break is what lead to the severity of the punishment, which is why I am appealing this blacklist now that I have served a day of it. It is my understanding that the punishment was so harsh due to a prior incident on my record. However, this prior incident was me calling out the location of a reinforcement raider after I died in a raid and saw them in the hospital. I don't believe this second situation is a rule break at all, and even if it is, I don't believe it is related to my previous rule break.
