Deadass cant change my name

Trying to change my identity and I choose my normal first name, Tyrone is my first name and then I try changing it to tyrone and it doesn't let me. Makes no sense please help.

We have certain filters against certain names, unfortunately Tyrone gets put in by other players in an offensive nature.

Damn so I'm going to have to change it to something else, cus tyrone was my original character's name.
