Deed is glitched

Date and time of loss: 06/09/2019 3:00 am / 5:30 pm

What happened: I bought The deed to Outskirts #2 two times in a row and for some reason it glitched saying I am not the deed owner but I can collect the funds and change rent price. Upon checking how much I made in profit (around 5:30 pm), I realize their is a different deed owner.

What do you need refunded: To own the deed or the amount of what I paid for the deed ($100,000)

I do see you withdrawing the money to purchase the deed but I also see you depositing it again with no other transactions being made. Being that you need cash in hand to make this purchase, the logs show that you were not charged anything.
