What happened: I bought the deed for farm and wasn't aware that deeds are currently in a non-functioning state. The property in question still shows as unowned despite my purchase. There have been tenants renting the property as well while I remain unable to collect rent from the property.
What do you need refunded: I would like the initial $400,000 I spent on the property refunded.
