I cannot tell if this is a joke or not (as it doesn't look serious) but just in-case it is:

@something has the video of the unauthorized job corruption, where he demoted both of you, as well as the attempted RDM. I spoke with him before issuing your ban, to which we both agreed 3 days was appropriate due to your extensive history.

You were shooting each other in front of PD for a while, I made an announcement for you to quit it or you will get demoted and you chose to continue shooting at each other.
