Unban Reason: Im not sure how i was banned for killing cops within the rules , cops started shooting my org hence forth i helped my org members out so they wouldn't die. With no prior to rdm (maybe a warning point or 2) im not sure how it was upped to a perm ban.

Once exiting and clearing the streets a group of people starting shooting police with no intent of robbing the bank and using it to gun cops down.

Just wanted to say, you were a threat to him, allowing kevin to kill you. Just would like to point out I WAS NOT IN THE WHOLE SITUATION, as I had not responded yet, but still got banned ......

A bank raid was called, no one was raiding, you and your group opened fire on the Police for no reason that is the point of the video. You had no Rp reason to shoot. That is why you got banned, for Mass RDM of an invalid bank raid.

Ok, im gonna leave it as is with the comments, but I have no idea who is involved. I mentioned that many were involved and provided evidence to this report of people cop baiting for kills.

I don't even appear in this video... Still Perm banned for "assisting malicious activity"
Also, @table was perm banned but his car is clearly seen in spawn not doing anything. (Dark Purple/Black Skyline)

The police were shooting back at kevin brooks because he was rdming any and all cops on the server, you were banned along with anyone who assisted kevin mass rdm on the server at a time where there was little to no staff present.

These damage logs, combined with the fact that you failed to report kevin brooks mass rdming and assisting him by keeping kevin alive proves that you were an enabler in this situation.

Why did no one from your group make a report or sent a pm to staff? You knew what he was doing was wrong, yet you decided to partake in it.

I do not trust the words in the appeal. gm1003 has a very clear point that I myself would like to hear as I authorized these punishments given that we had staff having to act as cleanup crew at 2...3...4AM? This is childish at this point and I also want to figure out how you were NOT aware of Kevin's intentions when you were assisting him? Did you not think to ask why? Did you not stop and ask "why are we doing this? what did you do to cause this?"

We all joined monolith discord after we were banned because we wanted to talk to gm, but unfortunately he got off.

I decided to partake in what we do everyday, not “MassRDM” as stated but help my org members when their in trouble when i pull up and cops are shooting at MY org i don’t ask questions and i react immediately by shooting them , helping my organization member(s) stay alive. And those Damage logs show i only killed 2 officers witch was one outside bank shooting kevin and one outside pd shooting kevin. This is stuff we do everyday it’s not like he went up to spawn and started shooting people and i helped it’s just my organization and i want them to stay alive.

This clearly shows you knew he was RDMing at the time. There is no way you did not notice what he said in OOC, since you wrote a message right next to his. Instead of trying to stop him or even report him, you decided to go along with it. This is unacceptable.

It is very immature to force our staff members to lose hours of sleep over situations such as this, in order to keep the peace on the server. We surely do not tolerate it and will punish you accordingly.

Due to what was said above, your ban will remain. You may reappeal it at a later date.
