As far as depositing goes, I am guilty of that. Considering I'd cleared the entire building of police and there were none in sight or nearby, I thought it was okay. I was wrong, though I'd like to say if the aforementioned admin actually approached me about this I would have gladly handed over the money (and still will) as I genuinely thought it was okay. I'm not excusing my actions, just assuring my truthful intentions.

And for the fake hostage, this simply is just false. The guy was just a random civilian I grabbed from the bank lobby, I don't even have the slightest clue who he was. Tyrome was working with me on the bank raid, ask him. There was absolutely nothing to imply he was being paid, and have no clue where the admin got this from.

The single thing I can think of that might indicate that was I told him to hide behind the bushes for 10 minutes and he listened. Well, as far as I know. He probably ran out after I left. I included the footage I have. In it you can see when Whiteblood starts spectating me. I noticed cause I randomly heard him or another staff member in game for a sec, then saw the name in chat. The reason I recorded was I planned to ditch the car and change clothes so I could prove I wouldn't be able to be recognized if cops found me, also I suspected he was spectating to find out where I was since he was a cop. Very convenient how when I'm leaving suburbs I see 2 swat vans and a police car going there.. 3 vehicles wouldn't just conveniently be patrolling together, obviously they knew I was there. And you can see in the video when he started spectating. Even if I was using a fake hostage how would he know? I believe he just made it up since he wants a reason to ban me, same reason he spent like 10 minutes spectating me for no reason.

And besides, if I was gonna have a fake hostage why would I choose the most difficult random I've ever met? I mean (no intent to insult, just making a valid point) unless this guys insanely slow he was clearly trying to get me caught.

(Also, that really mature comment about my report on him in the OOC though, you can see it in OOC logs when I accidentally hit pause)

Anyways I admit to depositing and showed it in video, yet not the second part. And think 4 weeks is overkill, and the fact that (yet again) he just banned me without even a Pm is absolutely ridiculous.

I have several points to make.
1.) I started spectating you in the first place because I saw your 911 calls. I had forgotten to quit my job as a police member, so I was curious what was going on. At no point did I let police know what was going on. All I was doing was talking to my friend in steam who was not in any server at the time. During this whole situation, I was simply a spectator, not a participant. I will be uploading video of my perspective here in a few.

2.) You claim that you were not in cahoots with your hostage, yet you cut your video up to not include a conversation between you and your hostage. This conversation starts at 3:20 in my video. You mentioned to your hostage that you were going to put your money into the bank right after you raided it, that if your gun was at any point not aimed at the hostage you would have both been shot (an odd thing to say to a hostage), and you said to him "Do not ask about me paying you, because if someone hears you we both will get in a fuck ton of trouble. I'll contact you in 10-15 minutes before the raid is over, once I'm safe as long as everything goes to plan." This is the reason why I kept spectating you. I wanted to see if you were actually working with the hostage or not. I feel as if this was more than enough proof to include that in the ban reason.
3.) I do admit I should have talked to you before I banned you. I hate to use the excuse that it was very late at night, however it kind of was. I was not thinking straight, I'm sorry.
4.) I will admit that I went into this situation with a shitty mindset, as seen in my steam messages with underground scene. I went in looking to see if you were going to break rules, and seeking punishment. This is not acceptable, and I apologize to you for dealing with this situation in that mindset. However, I do feel as if your punishment is just. I, and many other staff members, have had problem after problem with you as a player. You have broken countless rules, been warned countless times, and just overall are a minge. You have had attitude with me in the past (but to be fair I have had attitude towards you as well), as seen in your screenshots of our conversations in discord. I think it is high time for you to take a long break from our community. If community management thinks that this decision is not a good one, I will respect that, however I personally will not be the one unbanning you. For that reason, your appeal has been DECLINED by me.
5.) In the future whenever possible I will not involve myself in admin sits involving you. I don't want a repeat of this or any of our past situations.

Honestly I posted what I had recorded. I never was gonna pay the guy, it was a trick to lure him in since he was breaking fearRP.. I know that sounds like an excuse and I hate using it but it's true.

Don't you think if I wanted a fake hostage I'd ask one of my actual friends online? Even when I offered to pay this guy was barely following rules, almost got me caught many times, I just lied to him to get him to follow my commands instead of calling an admin on a dumb noob.

Did it look like I had any intention of meeting up and paying him? Of course not, he was a random breaking fearRP and I dealt with it the best way I knew how. I dropped him off in the middle of nowhere and ditched I got to an ATM, if I was gonna pay him that was my chance. Did it seem a little sketchy? Yeah, but it's also obvious this wasn't me and some friend faking a hostage to share the money..

As far as your conduct in this, ima mention in the private convo about it.
