Reason for Report: DK refused to show me the clip that I was being punished for so I was unable to explain my actions, at no point did he allow me to explain what had happend it was poorly handled, I was cuffed for no reason aswell. There was no valid reason to refuse me seeing the clip, It was a clear biased sit this should be allowed on the moderation team even if he just started. I recieved a blacklist as punishment and at no point was he allowing me to explain the situation. He was clearly just being difficult and stubborn it would have been alot easier if I was given the clip and able to explain my actions.

I was shown two videos of different POV's of you guys spam cuffing him and tazing him for no reason. At the beginning he did Cop Bait by using a fishing pole to appear as lockpicking your car, he was punished for this. You guys proceeded to then follow him into the hospital and body block him, as when I teleported to him he was stuck unable to move. They showed me the clips in one of the public monolith VC's at which point you were able to join anytime. You guys were also cuffed during the sit as you were trying to cuff me and it was unnecessary, I chose to do this instead of freezing you because I know how annoying it is to be frozen. As for me preventing you from seeing them, the reporting party proceed to make troll links such as "(06:58 PM) Poe Kung says "Http://scottisstupidanddumb." and "(06:57 PM) Poe Kung says "Http://scottisstupid." their was no use into me forcing him to show you the clips. If he had given me links to the videos I would have gladly given them, but they were streamed and you were not in the VC.

the POV doesnt show me spam cuffing as I didnt do it I tased him due to him lock picking my car I used the softer tase, I was not informed about them showing the clip until after when you refused

I was their whilst he was stuck, he was raised into the air most likely after jumping when trying to escape. Either way their was no reason for you to do this, immediately when I uncloaked you guys were fooling around saying the EMS Director tased him. This further proves you were well aware of the situation at hand.

Literally pull the clip up I wasnt body blocking him I wasnt close enough to, second i wasn't cuff spamming as I dont know how to. Show the clip to the CM that takes this

I've just found the blacklist reason, if I was cuff spamming why wasnt it in the blacklist reason????

After review, there is insufficient evidence to show @DKDiamond misusing his staff powers or being biased against you. As @DKDiamond stated, the evidence was streamed in a public sits channel in the Monolith Discord which you are free to join. Because of this no evidence link was able to be given to you.

Since no further clips or screenshots have been provided against DKDiamond, and merely just DKDiamond's word against yours, this will be denied. If you are able to provide further evidence, please make a separate staff report or DM an SD+ on Discord (due to your account being suspended currently).
