Reason for Report: This staff member struggles with lack of good judgement when staffing roleplay situations that are not perfectly black and white. And seems to be the only staff member that I can see who isn't necessarily as experienced in manner as the others are. This makes it hard to believe that he's a great fit for staff on this server. I was one of the first to congratulate DK on his staff promotion to trial-moderator and even been trying not make this report and to cut him some slack because I know he's new to staffing on Monolith and is learning the ropes. However, after several sits with this staff member I can no longer say that I believe DK is a good addition as staff to Monolith.

In my opinion and reason for writing this report.
I believe @DKDiamond has legroom for protentional but currently is not fit for staff from what I've seen thus far during his trial period.
This is supported by many reasons including but not limited to:
• Could Use Better Judgement - Because objective situations are not always black and white. Staff need to know how to handle grey areas, the rulebook won't always help them.
• Not Very Active Trial-Mod - For the extensive amounts of reports the server gets, I'd really like to see DK Staff on Duty more often then roleplaying, which I see a lot...
• Needs To Be More Well-Versed With Community & RP rules.
• Not Very Helpful-Oriented - Every staff I've met so far have been extremely friendly & informative and shown suburb user service. This guy gives off the impression of wanting to get over with the sit as soon as possible. He doesn't even ask if there's anything else he could do for me once the sit is done. Which I've seen happen with every other staff I've encountered, literally. Not a huge deal, just something to take note.

Context:
A cop had stepped outside his vehicle onto the street as I were accelerating down the road. I immediately slammed the brakes/reverse in hope of not running over the man. Luckily it was just a scrape, but when trying to brake/reverse he opened fired onto me without any reason. Please understand that there is input lag on Garry's Mod (especially on Monolith) and I was in no attempt to flee the scene; just reversing my car in attempt not to hit him. Of course this is until the officer pulls out a weapon and starts shooting at me. Then, I immediately attempt to flee for my life but my car is about to blow up and I was forced to shoot my way out. However like any other person would, I fought in self-defense after being fired upon. All of which wouldn't have happened if roleplayed correctly.
Problem:
DK struggles with lack of good judgement when staffing roleplay situations that are not perfectly black and white (breaking roleplay, without breaking a rule technically). Apparently, according to DK, all police have the right away to initiate code red and fire upon someone for accidentally hitting him with a vehicle. This is not Serious Roleplay. In real life realistic situation, if you were to get into a fender bender with an officer, he would not immediately open fire upon you. Nor have I ever seen roleplay on this server being enforced this way. I truly believe Monolith has the best realistic roleplay experience there is on Garry's Mod and would like to continue seeing the consistency of that with more well-informed & sagacious staff members.
